I graduated from Plymouth University 22 years ago. In my spare time I enjoy walking in my beautiful home county of Devon. In particular I love to clock up the miles hiking the hills of Dartmoor and the undulating south west coast path. I also venture further afield climbing the fells in the Cumbria, walking the ridges and plateaus of the Peak district and summiting mountains of Scotland and Europe. I like to keep a record of my walks so my camera is always at the ready to capture natural wonders.

As a keen hill walker I know the importance of having pain free feet. There is nothing worse than an uncomfortable foot complaint that hinders your mobility and somehow manages to make your whole body ache!
